Supported Employment – is an evidencebased and person-centered method that provides individualized support in order to find, secure and maintain employment.
The Supported Employment is a five-step method originated in the USA in the 1970s but is now spread all over the world. The basic idea is that all people have resources and can work if the right support and conditions are given.
The SE method is evidence-based and has proven to be the most effective method in supporting individuals to reach employment, compared to other techniques within vocational rehabilitation and employment services.
Supported Employment consist of work in areas such as client engagement, job matchning, accommodation, employer engagement, introduction, follow up and so forth.
Supported Education is an individualized, practical support and instruction to assist people with psychiatric disabilities to achieve their educational goals

Customized Employment (CE) is an employment strategy that is especially useful for employment seekers with severe disabilities and looking for competitive, integrated employment. CE strategies is a balance between what the job seeker can offer and what the employer needs.CE is a relationship between an employer and an employee that is negotiated to meet the needs of both parties.
IPS is a model of supported employment for people with serious mental illness. IPS supported employment helps people living with behavioral health conditions work at regular jobs of their choosing.
The IPS-model of supported employment support people with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia spectrum disorder, bipolar, depression). IPS supported employment helps people living with behavioral health conditions work at regular jobs of their choosing. Although variations of supported employment exist, IPS refers to the evidence-based practice of supported employment. The main focus is to better equip participants through skills development in a structured manner. The method results in a qualitative vocational profile, goal plan, increased, self-awareness and motivation, and progression tracking.
The Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) was created to help organization to drive and work on continuous improvements in delivering a quality assured service.
Originally developed in partnership with collaborating colleagues across Europe in 2017 as part of an ERASMUS Project. The main objective of the project was to improve services for vulnerable job seekers, employees and their employers by creating a quality framework for supported employment agencies.
