She has been a job coach, has developed and delivered SE courses and education, and has worked as a researcher at OsloMet, the Work Research Institute.
Grete is chairperson of the board of Supported Employment Norge (SENO) and board member of the Association for Supported Employment Europe (ASEE).

We were invited by the Scottish Union of Supported Employment to hold a workshop at their SUSE Annual conference. This full-day event features expert insights, practical strategies, and fresh ideas to elevate the standard of Supported Employment in Scotland. During our workshop, we explored key success factors for Supported Employment and Employment Services and the importance of quality assurance, performance and SEQF. Furthermore, how technology can facilitate and enhance best SE-practices.
We are proud to announce that our founder, Annika Malm, was honored and awared the “Best SE Initiative/Effort of the Year”by the Swedish Association for Supported Employment.
The award was presented to her during the SFSE annual conference in Gothenburg, Sweden. The reason for the award where as follows: “Through her genuine work in training and quality assurance in Supported Employment, Annika has become one of Sweden´s most sharpest trainers and experts in Supported Employment. Furthermore, she has been recognized both in Sweden and internationally through her innovative system SUMETO Employment”.
We exhibited at the British Association of Supported Employment (BASE) conference in England. Attendees showed strong interest in SUMETO Employment, recognizing it as a comprehensive solution to boost quality control and operational efficiency for organizations offering Supported Employment and related services.
We took part in the European conference for Supported Employment in Spain. We had the honour of presenting SUMETO Employment — our innovative digital platform for quality assurance and increased efficiency in Supported Employment and employment services. We led a workshop, “Towards the Future with SUMETO Employment,” and received overwhelmingly positive feedback, sparking interest in how digitalisation can reinforce quality assurance and improve best practice in Supported Employment.
